Returning the exchange part replaced

To request pick-up for the broken part, you must fill out the parts return form below.
To get your deposit back as quickly as possible, the best way is to fill out the return form after placing your order and package the part replaced so that it can be given to the transport service when they deliver the part you bought.
If that is not possible, don’t worry, you have a period of 365 days to request the return of the part through that same contact form, or you can contact us for the pertinent instructions.

When purchasing replacement parts marked as “exchange parts”, you’ll need to pay the value of the products and a deposit. This amount is requested as a guarantee that the replaced parts will be returned so they can be reconditioned. The amount of the deposit will be specified in the information on each product.

Our products include an additional deposit of €121 (21% VAT included), which will be refunded to the client when we receive the old part.

Therefore, the sales price of the reconditioned products purchased from includes a deposit to ensure the exchange happens, which must be paid at the time of purchase. The deposit will be refunded once we receive the old, used part.

Fill out the return form and attach it to the broken part in a box so it can be returned.
Cover it with bubble wrap to immobilize the part and keep it from moving during transport.

Free pick-up

Once we receive the return request for the broken part, we will send a transport service to your door to pick it up, free of charge.

Refund of deposit

Once we have received the part, we will examine it and if everything is correct, we will proceed with refunding the deposit.
If upon examining the part we find any irregularity, we will contact you to inform you of the reason why the deposit cannot be refunded. You have the right to request that the part be returned to you for 60 days following this communication.
Once this time period has passed, the replacement part will be disposed of.
